If you find that you are being blocked and need help identifying or resolving the issue -

then follow the directions you receive by email.

In our continuing efforts to curb the flow of SPAM, we have installed a new filtering system. We no longer accept emails from sources that fall into the following categories:

1) Missing or mismatched Forward and Reverse DNS records.
(see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forward_Confirmed_reverse_DNS for a description and http://ipadmin.junkemailfilter.com/rdns.php for testing your configuration and more on the reasoning behind this)

2) IPs listed on the blacklists we use.
(check into http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml and http://www.spamhaus.org/ZEN/ to see if you are on those lists)

3) Mis-configured servers that HELO or EHLO with incorrect identification. They should match the host name of your mail server.

4) Unsolicited Commercial/Bulk Emails (UCE/UBE). 'Opt-out' is only acceptable with proof of prior business relationship. (see http://www.mail abuse.com/an_listmgntgdlines.html for what we consider acceptable)
